Poor mental health, including depressive disorders and stress, contributes significantly to the burden of diseases and is also associated with negative sexual and reproductive health (SRH). In this particular section, we will continue to discuss sexual violence and women's reproductive health, examples of measures that could be implemented in reproductive health care settings to assist women who have experienced sexual violence.
In case of poor care about people’s mental health, healthcare behaviors such as adherence to medical regimens like antiretroviral medication or appropriate use of contraceptives are reduced. Through impaired judgment and decision-making, poor mental health can be linked to hazardous sexual behaviors and drug abuse, which can have profound effects on reproductive health, including increased vulnerability to unintended pregnancy, STIs, including HIV, and gender-based violence.
In order to fully include teenage pregnancy and fatherhood in the discussion, Flavours of Family Planning will go steps further. Additionally, we'll talk about teen moms, mental health, the psychological effects of sexual abuse on people of all genders, and available care.

Flavours of Family Planning(FFP), which our audience has dubbed the "Kitchen Show," is infotainment that harnesses to disrupt male engagement in family planning. We aim at a world where men and boys are more supportive and the best complementary components of relationships. To attain our target, we use the power of creativity through edutainment.
After realizing the burning request from our audience, We employ the kitchen for hands-on simulation to provide quality and gender-friendly Information and distribute our response through multiple approaches.
